Plimus : Someone sent em the payment But I dont see

Someone sent me 300$ from Plimus to Plimus around 10 day back.

He says I can see it after 15th.

some time chargebacks happends that could be the reason

 

If Chargeback, I SHOULD get an Email ..Right ?

 

since 2 years using plimus, i never heard / know this types of payments . however you will receive email.

 

Looks like a vendor to vendor direct transfer and it says there it should be processed on next payment cycle.
Did not use this form of transfer but it looks like a money order system that will send some money instead when payment is due to that vendor. That seems to occur when payment to vendor is issued IF vendor's balance permits that.

Plimus pays around 15-17th next month so you should get it next month IF vendor has that amount in his balance (if his sales - chargebacks & refunds are over that).

You should not deliver anything until you see the money in your account. If it's urgent you should email Plimus and ask if that user is ok with his balance and you will receive that amount for sure.

 

I've been using plimus for more than 3 years ... never had such problem

 

It's on pending sometimes it can take for 10 days.

 

maybe the payment is fraud, next time try to get reference number given by plimus so that you can track what is the current status of the order.
