Your money will be cleared on the last date of month , then money is sent out on 15th of next comming month! While buying the product the user did not provide the complete billing details or the billing information is not matched with paypal's billing address . This might be the reason why the amount have been refunded .
Yes and make sure they provide real information. Plimus is very strict as far as their fraud detection system goes and they obviously want to protect both you and your customers. Trust is about providing real information.
