hi, I m currently using pilmus to accept paypal payments but i m having some problems. When a customer pays me via paypal the payment appears fter 24 hours in my acount. The asks address tel phone no. of customer and then call him and confirm the transaction then payment appears in my account. i m losing many sales as no one is ready to give his complete accurate details customer avoid to do so. they oftenly provide false details. So pls can anyone tell me how i can remove the adress and telephone no. colum from the order form is there any solution of this problem? I have tried many settings in my plimus account but no benifit. So pls guide me how to use plimus as customer friendly payment processor. Plimus does that to new accounts to weed out money laundering and fake transactions. But once you deal with good customers who have nothing to fear by providing real information, you will be left to automated processing. I am really not sure why your customers are so afraid to provide real information. Personally, I would believe that customers who do not want to provide real information are not worth dealing with in the first place because they are the problem makers and most likely do chargebacks and all that.
