I don't use plimus but you have to deal with someone for plimus payments.
You start a project for your product/service and then you can give your clients plimus payment page .. There they will see different options for payment i.e. paypal, cdt card and so on and if they pay you via paypal you get the money in your plimus account and from there you can withdraw it to your local account giving some small commission to plimus for doing this favour :)
That's all i know about it
    Thanks

You can withdraw funds in your paypal to a debit card which you can apply at your local bank. Plimus is a payment method. You can use it on your website if you are selling something. Plimus payout on the 15th of every month after they minus their fees and send you the balance through a check, wire transfer, paypal account or Payoneer.com Debit Card.

    Hello

If you have verified Paypal and there is no any fraud attempts then I can help you. I am selling ebooks and I have Plimus payment gateway. You can buy my ebooks for same amount that you want to withdraw. Then when I will get payment from Plimus you can get it from my either by bank wire or western union whichever is suitable for you. My sites are www.ebooksparadize.com or www.globalcashsite.net

On both sites I am selling ebooks. This is my first time offer for this kind of transaction. :)

It looks you are CEO (by your forum name) but you don't know that FastSpring don't do business with ebooks sites. I sent them email and got response that they don't work with ebooks sites. :)

Yes, Plimus solves the problem that everyone on earth can accept Paypal payment, but you need to pay extra fees for each transaction on top of the Paypal fees.

Plimus's anti fraud policy is very strict and they refund orders without reason. :(

Hi All, Leore from Plimus here
Looks like you all already answered the thread :)
Globalcashsite, just to clarify, refunds are not given automatically - the Vendor is the only one who ends up deciding to give a refund unless he is unresponsive. What we do decline sometimes are orders that appear to be fraudulent. Trust us, chargebacks are a bigger headache than our manual review process. With that, we are working on improving our system and always appreciate your feedback.
For any further questions or inquires, feel free to email me at:

    Hi Leore,

Nice to see someone from Plimus here but I must want to say that I am fed-up by Plimus Anti Fraud system that is not working fine and is extra ordinary strict.

After months two affiliates sold two products 100$+101$. And after 3-4 days of each sale I just got one notification that these sales are refunded. Neither customer nor Plimus contacted me before making refund, I am just informed. More over when I contacted Plimus regarding reason of refund, Plimus did not give any satisfactory reply. Here is what I received in refund notification:

When I contacted Plimus what is "imminent chargeback", Plimus did not give me satisfactory reply.

My third sale was through Paypal (11$), the client was from India. But due to long and strange verification procedure he was not able to process order. So I got 11$ from him directly and Plimus was not able to process order from a genuine Paypal user.

So after all this I am really fed up by Plimus. Logically they should inform vendor before refund and give some time for discussion/solution.

Plimus should not that they are in business due to vendors, if they will not satisfy their vendors, they will run and get services of other gate ways. :(

I have stopped marketing my site until I find alternate gateway. I don't want that I sell products and then keep on refunding just for nothing and without information.
