Here on DP, in the Directories -> Solicitations & Announcements section, is a good starting point for your search. Beyond that, do some Google searches for directory lists, or just directories themselves, looking for ones that have a category which fits with one or more of your pligg sites (assuming you have each one focusing on a niche).
