Pligg, as I see it, offers pages with links on them that people can vote on. I am new to the system but this simple first step is what I am trying to make. I went to the admin control pannel to create a page. I created a test page that was just simple text that was later shown nexted inside another page. This is not what I am looking for and it is not what I thought pligg was all about. Pligg isn't a content management system. When you create a new page, it'll use the existing template shown for submissions.
