Pligg 404 Error

    When i submit a new story, i get 404 error

    sitelisting[dot]org/submit.php

    when clicked on submit it goes to sitelisting[dot]org/submit/

    and gives me 404 error ..

    i am using amelia free theme from pligg official site.

    please help...
