Plesk / Mail Enable Issue

    I had a quick look around on the parallels forums and others to find a solution.

    The solution for the problem appears to be "disable mail service for this domain"

    The issue is a client is sending emails to 8 external clients and getting the following bounce back:


    None of the domain sending the email to exist on our server so I'm wondering what the issue could be?

    I checked that the sender exists and that their account was enabled which it was...

    Any advise?

    I did see that fix, but the mailbox is not disabled.
