I can't see where you would upload a complete database?
    Could someone please explain.

I've been trying to upload a database but I can't see a way without making the database and adding the tables manually. It would takes ages.

    Please do the following:

    1. Log into Plesk.
    2. Click on your domain name.
    3. Click on the Databases icon.
    4. Click on the database name.
    5. Click on the DB WebAdmin icon (Make sure that browser popups are allowed).
    6. Click on the SQL tab at the top.
    7. Click on the Browse button.
    8. Select the SQL file on your hard disk.
    9. Click on the Go button.

If you have done enverthing correctly, you will get a response that so many queries has been executed.

It depends on how big it is. If it is larger than 10mb, then a browser app like phpmyadmin may not work, and you would have to ftp it to your account and have your host or whoever has root access to import it from a command prompt
