Plesk Dns Server Problem

    Hello,

    I have added in plesk 2 own nameservers ns1 and ns2. I have added also at the domain register company the glue records.

    Well i can reach my mail and subdomains and also my site but not via www

    So if i add like this www.xxxxxxx.be it wont work but xxxxxx.be would work.

    Anyone an idea what could be the problem ?

    yes just add the CNAME record for www and it should work fine

    hey buddy, you just need to create a cname record for www to point to your domain name.

    you should have created the domain in plesk with the www prefix. If you didn't do that, all you need to do is just to add the cname record for it.
