How about: what is the URL? what did the email from adsense say? what about what steps you have taken to fix it? what about what do you see when you log into adsense etc etc You are expecting us to guess if you do not provide information for us to go on.
Are you sure your account was approved for a non-hosted account? Did you pass the second stage of the review process? What did the email from adsense say?. You going to have to really start providing info if you want anyone to help. o one here is psychic
I think you were sent that congratulations email in error and they made a mistake. Your site is not remotely close enough to being good enough to being approved.
