Here is the problem some SEO guys have looked at my site and told me that my urls, and pages are dymanic and i will never get SERP'S with dynamic pages, they told me that i need to change the urls to static, is this true ? can i still get serp's with dynamic urls. My other question is can somebody here that knows about this change my urls to static, im will to pay for this. I need to know this, its driving me nuts, im kinda new to this, so im unsure about this, pleasse help.

Its because of the backlinks you have.
You will be able to get serps but it's preferable to have static urls.

    http://scholar.google.com/webmasters/2.html
Google clearly mentions in the above link:"We're able to index dynamically generated pages. However, because our web crawler could overwhelm and crash sites that serve dynamic content, we limit the number of dynamic pages we index."

    For Yahoo:
    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/search/indexing/indexing-05.html

By the way, are you comfortable to give your site url here so that i can look into it.

    Hi
seoperson given good points to you . you told your site is dynamic site and having dynamic URL's. Usually the dynamic URLs contains more special characters and also more lengthier. This type of URLs not user friendly and google gives more importance to User friendly sites. By rewritting your URL you can make it as user friendly URL and eliminate the special characters (which doesn't make any meening) and also you can make it as keyword stuffed URl. These things help you to get good "SERP" Quickly.

More Quality back links to your website more will be the traffic and better SERP. so you should go with quality link building service i.e manual directory submission, article submission and contextual link building service
