I have one request for thread starter particularly those who are looking for hire the programmer and designers. If you find your programmer then just write you status in your thread that you "Get You Developer or Designer" so other users come to know about that thread and stop PM you or posting in your thread. It would be just wasting of his and your time if not post any hiring updates. Please Co-operate.
