    hello, i want to verify my paypal account with vcc but i dont know wich vcc buy, if you can tell me where can i buy it via paypal.

    did some one verified his paypal account with this vcc http://vccshoppers.com/paypal-vcc.html . is it safe? or a scam?

    Selling/buying vcc is not allowed here on DP,may be u should search on google for some VCC sites.
