I don't think that's a plugin. You can get that feel by creating categories Monday-Friday Jobs and then linking your posts into each category. Then head over to your dashboard and go to "Menus" section under Appearance and then select which categories that you want to add to the menu. I hope that I didn't confuse you.
You can probably find a programmer to tweak a template or create a widget that shows posts by day. But it's cheaper to create your own categories with day names and assign posts as mentioned above.
That website is currently down so I can't check it, if you think it's some kind of plugin, you can view the source code from explorer and find out the exact plugin name.
