I would also advise you to change colors. I like topics from your forum. To promote your site on the web and attract new visitors hire professionals or buy paying ads.
Hi Techdoctor, I like the blue/purple colours. i dont know, if these are changed or not. It seems to me, that your main problem is getting people on board. Why dont you 1) Hire a press release writer, and write a very good press relase and get it submitted to several press relase services. 2) Make two or three videos on youtube about your new forum, and targeted especially high search keywords in your niche 3) Go where doctors are, like go to the """association of american doctors"""", and have them send out the press release, as a service to their members. regards, LASSE
