    NO I AM NOT SELLING A SITE. I have a site and i wanna know its value.

    Site is 6 Months Old
    300 - 500 Uniques daily
    Daily Newsletter has 800 Subscribers
    PR5 Homepage with internal pages PR2 or PR3
    about 1000 Pages Indexed in google
    about 3000 MSN Backlinks
    50$ per month from Adsense revenue
    150$ per month from Link Sales Revenue

    What price can it be sold ? ?

    Whats the general topic of your site?

    How much the intended market is willing to pay has a lot to do with your site's selling price. For example, a online poker promotion site in the US wouldn't be worth as much because of legislation.
