The template looks fine with attractive design and color schemes and it was fast in loading.The contents are very useful and effective too.

You are wasting space with Double Side Bar Design. The header height is too much, if you want to monetize the site that's not something you should have. The posts don't have to show the whole article on the main page. Use "read more" feature of wordpress. Number of posts on the man page can be reduced. The design, look and feel of the site is not bad.
I think the font that you use in the title is too big and letters of second line is merged with letter of the firs one
great template, the colors match, interesting share links add-on, BUT you need to fix the titles of the blog posts, I think the letters are to close, when the title is in two rows. Also the domain name can be more descriptive, and catchy regards
1. Fix your title ( remove @ and _ ) they dont look pretty cool. 2. Make it with just one sidebar , you will have more space for ads etc. 3. Make your articles shorter by putting read more tagg. 4. Try to fix the titles of the post they kinda mix with the second lines as I see. Congrats for the PR its really nice and there are some nice articles too, keep the work on...
