bad host , more number of pic , HD logo , Heavy template are the reason . change them and make it faster

 

if you are using too much plugins, minimize it to the ones you really need.

You can use justhost or dreamhost ( i've used both ) and have had satisfactory results .

 

Shared hosting can be slow, every slow. Depends on the company and how may other sites acre crammed into the same server. The best way to improve site speed is better hosting. VPS is a little better but dedicated is fastest.

 

Your site is pretty much fast.

And as other users have already mentioned, disable the plugins which you are not using and try to get a new logo with a less size. Why PNG? Go for JPEG or GIF for that logo.
