    As far as I know, Adsense ads are not permitted on such a website, so I'd double check that before risking the account :)

    If your are using youtube to down load youtube is owned by google and I believe it is copyright that the violation of the tos now if you use youtube from adsense and youtube combined with a youtube account that may clear your way to use it legaly

    check with adsense representative if your site is suitable.
    after I would put a 234x60 just below the logo and above the form
    and a 728x90 after the form

    that's it
