Please tell me WHERE/HOW to learn WordPress 4 4

I do not want anyone to do it for me. I want to learn wordpress myself.

I have a domain name and a good host. I know HTML, and some simple other computer "things" like how to FTP and some CSS.

Please tell me specifically what book/software/program etc. I should buy to learn this.


Please do not offer to do my site.!!!

PS: I have no idea how the 4 4 got in the title - I must have hit a key and did not see it until this was posted - ignore it please.

 

Wordpress is pretty simple to set up and learn. Just make a database on your host and create a user name on the database with full privileges, then follow the set-up instructions on wordpress.org. You could probably pretty easily google information on how to do what you want with wordpress. It shouldn't be necessary to buy anything other than a website to set it up on.

 

Wordpress is one of the simplest CMS , just go to the editor part and start changing your files
