Hi all! I haw one question: What i need to do if someone did not pay after i make some work on website (logo). But he has all the files. I just was thinking that he is good person and he will pay, because i had some business with him and he pay me, but now he don't answer to my emails. Then what i should do now?
You can't do anything in this case. Better you start taking 50% advance before starting work for anyone. DON.
It really depends on which country you are in. In the UK you can file legal action against them in the small claims courts which means they will not only have to pay for the services you provided them but for the cost of the legal action you took against them. 1 piece of advice I would gladly give you... be very persistant in asking for payment. Every day remind them that they owe you money. Don't stop with emails... ring them on their telephone... send them letters... send emails through their websites. Keep doing this for about 3 months and generally if they are slightly honest they'll probably pay up in the end.
Things like this happens.... we should be very careful, when it comes to money.... Not everyone will keep up their words... All i can say is , just be careful in your next dealing...
