Well I wont choose any of them, if i have other better options. But if you ask me to choose from these 4 then i will choose 1st and the last 4th one

I don't think solid color is a good idea. Anyway, I guess the first one is the best out of the four.

There are many so-called "web 2.0 style" tutorials out there, maybe you could take a look and make your logos much more catching.

You may also choose a web 2.0 logo creator website to rapidly get a pretty one.

I like 2nd & 3rd one! but 3rd one looks great

 

of the four I like #2 but I would prefer an improved one over the ones displayed

 

My vote goes to the first

 

The first one looks good among the 4. - simple and sober.

 

The first one is my favorite.

 

The one on the buttom. But I don't think it looks that good.

I like the middle one. Why not try to change the white space of D into dark blue too?

 

I reckon the middle one as well, the background circle adds a bit more depth, and it just looks generally more slick than the last and first one.
