It appears to be $15.28 per month. That would include a free instance that does not meet your specifications for one year. You can use the free instance to test things and setup a "template" or special build on which to base your regular instance. I use this for some of my hosting and it is very efficient and fast. The price, of course, is that this is more DIY than most hosting that marketers use. There are Cpanel builds available if you need that, you just need to purchase your own cpanel license. The price I quoted you includes 1 Elastic IP address, which is a permanent IP address. You have to have that if you get a Cpanel licence, and I wouldn't run a public website w/o the elastic IP.
