Please tell me if these spots are good!

I've put the typical side ad etc on, do you think they are good there? Too many or should i make the rightside column ad banners only? I think the best ad spot on there is blended in navigation ones.

Nothing is against googles T.O.S is it?

 

Having "Welcome to Fresh-Myspace" at the title above an ad block may be against ToS, you are only allowed to title them "Advertisements" etc.

Other than that the CTR should be quite nice.

That's probably best. I doubt many people would read the titles anyway.
