You shouldn't use word "miniclip" in your website since it's probably copyrighted trademark of MiniClip.com..
Thank you for reply but i believe miniclip logo or its brand using is copy righted. i am just using domain name just for good seo . just like 1000 + gaming websites those all are using miniclip word in their domain name. Also i am putting all games from miniclip only so miniclip have good benefit.
Ok, I see you have google adsense on your site, but what your doing is against their Terms, your copying and pasting a code from miniclip, nothing is unique content that you made yourself, then you have a ad unit that says games online which is again against their Terms. Trying to give you the heads up before they find out and disable your adsense account. Also you need a privacy Policy. To be honest, its quite bad. If you check websites like: http://www.onlinegames.net/ you see a overview page first where you can click games or search further in categories. Also 4 colors is a bit to much, 2 or 3 max for your design.
Instead of having an actual flash game on your home page you should have links to flash games instead. And you should also add a list with all the available flash games on one page to make things convenient, instead of having to click from one game to another.
