    Take a look at http://idxbroker.com/ and see if they can help - they even have a wordpress plugin now. You will need to do some custom theming to match the sites you listed, but you shouldn't have any issues if you have access to IDX

    Those websites that you listed are not using wordpress or any other open source cms. Those are big website and using their own custom application.

    But you can find good real estate wordpress themes if you search on google. But for some you might have to pay a small price. But i think that would totally worth it. So i say go for those premium themes if its for real estate website.
