please tell me how to get a high PR?

Generate backlink for your site by doing directory submission, article posting, forum posting, blog posting, press release submission and so on.

Hire any SEO or go for high pr directory submission social bookmarking blog commenting and article submission.

 

the word backlinks comes up more than any other in this discussion. so I would say it's the way to go.

 

I found that your website is completely qualifiied and got page rank is 3... I agree with all DP webmaster views.....You have to update new contents or information and also do the effective 2 or 3 way link exchange with high page rank sites....I am sure you will get increase in page rank in next Google Updation...
