    I am talking about the ways to optimize which having a more than 5000 product. In that case how could i optimize each product .

    Before anyone barge into this thread and say you need to do social bookmarking, article & directory submission etc, let me say that these methods are not going to give your 5000 product site ROI . Even optimizing 300 products ecommerce site is difficult, if you are going to all together optimize for 5000 product site you need one big expert SEO team to implement all the SEO strategies along with Google, Bing and MSN Adwords campaign. One can't set a time period for these kind of projects and need lot of investment, patience. If your team is good then ROI should increase gradually from second month of the campaign.
