If you want to increase your page rank you need to create strong backlink which you are targeting the page.

Design is Very Nice and clean, But for you to get a page rank i guess you will have to work more on High quality Back Links. Why don't you write one of two articles and submit them to article directories.

You need to have a unique contents, increase visitor traffic...
If you do get it, i think your site PR rank will improve...
