Google has a "heat map" where it's best to put ads. I've had some good success following the heat map.

REMOVE THOSE ADS DEAR

I could only see ads all around..

remove that big rectangular ad from the top and move that in single post page below heading..

this way reader reads the heading and than gets ads and then the content. Nice way to ask him to first read ads and then come back for content as the heading caught his eye..

the one on the side is fine..

and where was your feed link? You got no feeds??

Make the text more readable, it is now difficult to read it, I mean spaces between lines and..

 

I just completely bi-passed your ads (top and side) and went straight to the content. Try embedding a horizontal keyword ad bar in the middle of your content. That would work better, or even on the top also.
