Here is some quick details about CasaleMedia so that you can quickly see what they offer, how they pay, when they pay, etc. I couldn't vote as I have already viewed to votes, but truthfully I believe Casale has taken over VCM. VCM use to be better than Casale, but since they changed their name is has changed around. I use Casale on my entertainment site where I am earning around $0.45 - $0.70 CPM on banner ads. I use 3 different banner ad formats per page, which gives me around $1.35 - $2.10 CPM on banner ads. They pay me every month on time, every time. They also offer popunders that you can use if you wanted to earn even more, I don't actually use these, but did test them once and was receiving around $3 - $5 CPM on them and you can also set them so that only 1 popunder will get shown to each unique in every 24 hour period.
