    I didn't like the theme of website while the content is good ...You need to place a nice header with attractive menu...and try to change back ground as well....and also try to reduce the width of your site....Make it slim and smart..:)

    Try and get some modern elements in there, web 2.0 colours etc.
    Maybe some JavaScript animation or AJAX?
