Everytime you leave a girl you start getting attracted to other one and thats what you call infatuation and no one can help you out in it if you yourself can't control yourself.. You have to control yourself and think about it that whatever you are doing is wrong or may be some day one girl will do the same thing to you and you will realize it clearly.. Try to ignore girls and try not to talk to them even if its hard or impossible just try to do it and you can overcome it gradually as you know bad habits always have loads of attraction so you have to control yourself

Only you can help yourself. Its very tough to get out of that habit. I guess that you cant keep your intrest on things for a long time(other than girls) and that thing has carried over to the girls
