    I would suggest you either set up post title for your featured posts or just disable the slide show altogether, cos' showing "this is your first featured post title..." to your visitors doesn't seems all that professional.

    I agree with Jacko. Its a jumbled mess of ads. Try customizing and removing some of the ads.

    I agree that there are waaaay too many ads on the page.
    Also you should learn how to wrap text around your images that aren't the full width of the post area and consider using smaller images that can be viewed larger in a light box or something to that effect.
    Big images are nice when you have a large or magazine type layout, but your layout isn't wide so they look forced into place and are over bearing on the text.

    I'd also use a more graphic header.
