    it looks a lot better. the gradients are nice.
    I'd probably make the logo a bit bigger and make it stand out more, and make the welcome bar a little bit smaller. But it looks 10X better and more professional

    Well , the new design looks indeed better , I like the colors and also the layout is more complex.

    the second thing that is better is the logo , it`s smaller and less complicated
