Hello, it's now been many months and after binning my old designs, i went back to school, starting messing around with css and wordpress intergration. Hey James, Your site looks good. But why don't you think of making a website in a bright color? If you take a look at successful websites eg. digitalpoint, google, etc etc, you can notice that none of them has a dark website. Using a white or other bright colors gives a professional look!
It's still too dark, no fancy colors that would invite me. Google Page Speed Score is only 79. That's the problem with WP. If you don't know how to optimize it the Page Speed Score is bad. 90+ should be a must to get some bonus points on google. Try to work with W3 Total Cache plugin. W3C Validator tells me: 96 Errors, 86 warning(s) with DOCTYPE XHTML 1.0 Transitional. The theme you use is ... bad coded, I would say. The layout is ... 90's style.
The blue title text hurts my eyes. Plus, I don't know where to begin when I'm at your home page. I feel like there is too much going on. If I were you I would determine what my goals are for the website and highlight how to get to the end user to those goals. Having content is great. Having content that is impossible to navigate is just as bad as not having any at all.
