    Design is okay.

    Maybe you can change the fonts colour to something which doesnt hurt the eye when reading.

    Add a little brightness

    Sorry man... whole site needs redesign. Can't imagine anyone using your site looking like that. Start with simple things like the color scheme and the fonts. Oh yeah, and change the banner, it's the first thing people see when they go to your site so it's worthwhile designing a really good banner and logo.

    thats what i thought i am looking for something diffent instead of plain white backgroung and some text i am looking into css design.

    I don't think it needs a redesign, it needs just a design, at least a simple one :)

    take a look at templatemonster.com designs, see what people do, print screen something, take it to photoshop, grab the colors of that site and create your own man :)
