try submitting the two blogs to some of the top blog directories like: blogcatalog, blogelites, bumpzee and getbookmark
Also search your blog to blog search engines like technorati, if you will search in this forum you will find huge discussion more on this.

Try social networks like myspace and orkut i m using orkut for last six months and myspace too. orkut gives me 40-50% CTR and huge traffic.Whenever i launch a new blog and promote it in orkut. it gives me 5$ adsense in the first day of launch!very nice place to promote.
