dont give borders to that big rectangle ads, blend them in with your template and put one group of link ads at the top or a rectangle banner, it would do good for your ctr

 

I like the paper almost burned effect, but I agree to what achusonline said.
The big rectangle ads, it was a little awkward.

 

I see this error on your site

you don't have terms and conditions on your site and the url form is too confusing

 

Actually... I'd say that the page itself is not well suited for text google ads.

Also, you have too many ads, they really stand out from the text in the page because of the blue links.

I'd remove some ads, to keep only the horizontal ones (the ones where the reader actually reads the text - there is no reason that the readers eyes will go to the right of the page to see that vertical ad).
I'd also put the link color to black instead of blue.

 

the url box is confusing. i know but i do it for a reason. my ctr has been increased as a result.

 

I just check that due to that confusing url box, my ctr jumped from 0.87 to 3.56
