    that niche your looking at is actually flooded by a bunch of others who are dominating that keyword. if i was you i'd either pump out content daily and see what happens after awhile, or try a new topic

    I suggest that you spend some money and get yourself a domain and hosting. Wordpress will make your life easy with the huge variety of plugins. It will not cost more than 10 dollars. If you need a free keyword analysis for your niche post here and I will try.

    something bright. i think blue colors on a white bg is good for medical.

    Google search is always good for all this. Just search for free wp theme and you will get so many choices there.

    I think after changing ur theme - its looks gr8. But try to put Google ads in both side, its looks good and u can make lots of money too.
