    Hi ,
I am in a team for a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo . Please suggest the best tips to promote the campaign .
    • Will hiring a professional PR help out in any way ?
    • Does advertising on fb and adwords worth ?
    • Does paying a crowdfunding consultant to promote the project worth ?
Please Suggest . The project is currently on Indiegogo (https://www.indiegogo.com/at/chargetechnology/ )

There are some fiverrs that can promote your campaign. When I posted a campaign on Indiegogo, I used to get several emails from fiverrs offering to promote my campaign on facebook and twitter.

You need to approach this in a grassroots/guerrilla marketing format. Imo, hiring a PR team is a waste of money. You can hire someone here or on fiverr or elance to write some press releases and submit them yourself. Find some well-followed bloggers and contact them about your project and see if they'll do a post on it. Contact your alumni group and have them write a blurb about it in their newsletter. Since you're only asking for $500, it's not worth spending more than $50 to marketing your campaign.

I think you can check out Fiverr for Twitter or Facebook shoutouts to bring some traffic to your listing. Take out a few bucks and test it on FB and Google ads as well.
