    They're both free and hard to beat.

    1. Use Google Adwords Keyword Tool and use the broad term phrase to narrow down into a smaller niche you can compete in. The Tool will give you similar terms.

    2.Click on the column to the right under local searches to arrange hi to low order. These are your countries monthly searches. The green bar you see shows the competition. You want to chooses phrases in your niche that are less competitive but have enough traffic. Typically 1000 to 40000 monthly searches.

    3. Check the ones you want to target, usually 15 to 40 are good.

    4. At the top click "View as Text" Copy and paste these words to an excel spreadsheet for continual reference in your campaign.

    Google Word tracker is the perfect for that. And if you want to go on other ways, Word Tracker tool is good one. And sem rush is also available for that.
