We are going to design a new website for out institution. Most of the site will have contents and a forum. This will be easy to design. But we are also planning to put a Question Competition. There will be 500 questions in the database and when some one registers and wants to take part in the competition, some 20 questions will be chosen randomly and given to him. After he has answered the questions it shd be stored and we shd be able to determine how much points each one has got. Does such a thing has to be designed by someone or can it be done by installing some software? If there are any open source software to build such a thing, please let me know.
