Please suggest me, Which way should I choose?

I was an internet marketer who have average success with my sites. I'm thinking about set up my own team to do some project based on my idea. However, I'm rethinking many times about programmer, should I be that position by myself or have someone be partner? This annoying me a little because I would prefer to learn about programming (php is my prefered) and coding them myself but it takes too much time to learn and gain some experiences to be a good programmer. In my opinion, not less than 2 years.

The next choice, hire some programmer as employee or convince them to work with me as partner. This is a good choice but make me some confuse, why programmer should be my partner if they can coding all things by themselves, or worse, scrape my idea and do it by himself.

I would like to set up my own team because I need to growth my productivity and I cannot do all things by myself, even I can do it but takes too much time and hopeless to be a growth one.

Please give me your suggest/opinion, should I learn to coding myself or find good programmer as partner/employee.

If you want to save money, learn to code yourself.

 

I think u better learn urself,and if u need any help in future,u don't ahave to search for anyone.

If you have enough investment, I think you could hire others to do it, as you have something more important as a team leader.

 

Hire a programmer to do the work and make him sign an NDA, look at his past record, if it is clear and the NDA then he won't scrape off your idea. You can safe that way.
