I highly doubt any would sell above reg fee but if you do get anything near the above, you've struck gold!
I second 'htmlindex' because if there is any valuable and unique content with quite a few visitor stats and any affiliate or adsense income then the price of the site goes up. Without any income options, the sites would go just for reg fee
Well, I guess HealthRepo.com can make you some moeny as domain sounds pretty nice. Try to put more focus on this domain and how to sell it
