well the usual stuffs, 1.) promote your site in niche forums rather than Internet marketing.. I think business forums, real estate forums are the good places to start with,. 2.) build a targeted twitter follower and send them some interesting article or free offer that is related to for your site.. (how to sell your house fast, how to reduce the income tax when you are selling your house, the secrets of taking a good looking house photography that sells... etc) 3.) use Facebook, article marketing etc. hopes that help

Hmm... I don't think its a good idea unless you are selling something in your blog... PPC is expensive and good only for products... He can actually do SEO.. there's a lot of free seo guides around... All sites can be promoted the same...

i was in photography business a few years ago.. here is an idea ask to feature a million dollar estate on your website in exchange for free service... then post the 360 on blog... it would be better if that estate was owned by celebrity local influential figures...
