Use hostgator they are very good these days.. the is a blog on my vbulletin site about sub-reseller accounts.. anyway hostgator have branding free options, you may want to purchase your own nameservers tho, because the usual "welcome.website" become quite obvious and you can lose customers if they know it's hostgator re-sellers.. don't know why they stress hostgator is much better than it was even just 6 months ago. I completely agree ... if you want reliability go for hostgator - atleast its not run-from-a-bedroom business . You wont be let down, especially with their great tech support regards, Ryan
Hostgator, as per my knowledge does not offer master reseller hosting. You need to provide your budget to get suggestions.
Finally, I think you get a VPS, that should allow you to create sub-resellers & that would be the best way around.
I would recommend you do the search for the master reseller account not for the general reseller account
