please suggest me better ad placements

    hi every one
    I'm new to adsense . I'm publishing ads on my blog and another site.
    My ctr is less than 3 :( can u people suggest me a better ad
    placement.
    Also tell me if im violating the terms and conditions of google

    I get the traffic to http://huntme.free-site-host.com from
    http://huntme.wordpress.com.this blog is related to hacking, is this
    violation of google tos???

    I think that 3 blocks is a little bit overwhelming for visitors...but you are not violating any terms..
