You don't need a good GPU for what you are doing, just a good processor and RAM (a good screen is a plus).

Can't give you a brand recommendation, but some things to consider.

    CPU Intel:
Don't buy a Laptop with a Intel CPU that has a 3 digit type name (example: i5-460M) - these are outdated.
Don't get one that has a 4 digit type name that starts with a 2 (example: i5-2410M) - also outdated

Get one with a 4 digit type name that starts with a 3 (example: i5-3210M) - current ivy bridge technology

    CPU AMD:
Categories are: A10, A8, A6 and A4 - The higher, the better, but watch out that you get a current one.
You can check that by looking at the first number after the hyphen (example: A8-4500M, A8-3500M - higher means more recent)

    RAM:
8GB should be enough, but if you plan to have everything open at the same time, higher is better.

    Not that I know of...

Well, the internet is a great resource for finding information. There are plenty laptop review sites that can guide you in your "quest" :), like notebookcheck.com...

Just search for the model name + review and you'll find something.

    Dear Friend,

It is better to keep first preference of Dell in your case...You may not face any issue with it...as it is powerful enough to give you good results every time...!!

Yep, I just purchased Dell 15R SE Turbo 7520 laptop, It's giving too much speed, less heat, nicer design, a little heavy (*2.7kg) but I am feeling less weight with my good backpack on travel :)
I am really happy with Dell :)
Thanks @reban and @GMF for suggestions.
